Could I get charged for beating up a 9 year old for spitting on me a few days after it happened [explicit]?

Well, I'm a 14 year old boy and this kid p i s s e d me the h e l l off. First of all, he called me a BIG f a t a s s. Apparently the word f a t a s s isn't enough for our sweet children these days. So yeah, after throwing about eight water balloons at me I about had it. I chased him into a corner, and before I left a dent in his face, he spit on me. I was shocked. This kid just gave me 1 more reason to beat the s h i t out of him. Then, his amazing mom, who didn't know how the hell to discipline her own child came out and told me to stop harrasing her kid. ''He's only 9''! *********, I don't give a s h i t how old your son with ADD is. Can I beat the daylights out of him in a few days, or would I get in trouble. He spit right on my cheek.
