I have these weird bums on my face...help!?

Okay so I get these every once in awhile but idk what they are! They are these weird tiny bumps on my face. They're not pimples tho. They're skin colored and tiny but don't pop. It kinda looks like dry skin but I don't think that's it. How can I get rid of them? They're normally on the bottom of my cheek and this time they're more on the side of my lips on my cheek. Help!?
