Why is my boyfriend so rude?

My boyfriend was driving and we were holding hands, and I kissed him on the cheek. Then he jokingly pushed my hand away and laughed. Then I got mad, and now he's all like, "What's wrong?" Gee doesn't he know how rude he is?
