Neutrogena Acne Kit Question?

Okay so I bought the Neutrogena Acne Kit a few weeks ago. In the first week it was working great, but then two days ago at night I washed off all my makeup and I looked at my face and their was acne everywhere! I've only had acne mainly in my forehead and a few on my cheeks or around my mouth, but mostly in my forehead. Anyways, I noticed that the acne was only were I put the oil free lotion at! No where else I had acne!! What should I do? It's been 2 days that I haven't used the acne kit! Should I keep using it? Cause remember, the first or two weeks it was working wonders then all of the sudden it got worse? I really want my acne gone, any suggestions?
