If someone pinched your cheek & said this would you think...?

...that they are being patronizing? this girl i havent seen in years came up to me the other day and said hi...she looked at me, pinched my cheek and said cutely "you still look the same." um...i dunno, shes so full of herself so i didnt know how to take it.what do you think?
