What cover up/concealer and face wash should i use for my face?!?

i barely have no acne only when I'm about to get my menstrual. but i do have blackheads on my nose and my chin that are not that much noticeable and i have some scars on the sides of my face from acne i always get dry skin around my nose and on my cheeks when i put on a product. help?! =}
